Orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days. Packages are generally put in the mail on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but occasionally go out on other days of the week.

Shipping timelines listed at checkout are estimates by the carrier and we cannot guarantee those timelines.

We want customers to be completely happy with their Grubcan purchase! If you decide it’s not the right bear canister for you, we will happily accept returns of unused Grubcans within 30 days or purchase. Items that have obvious signs of wear or are returned in poor condition may be issued a partial refund or no refund. 

If you’d like to initiate a return, reach out to us at [email protected]. We will email you a return shipping label and once we have received the returned Grubcan at our facility, we will issue a full refund. 

We are constantly looking to improve our product, so if you return a Grubcan, we’d love to know what led to that decision. We are in the business of protecting wildlife and want to make it as easy as possible for adventurers to explore the wilds responsibly. Thank you!
